FRESNO, CA – G-Eazy’s When Its Dark Out tour made a stop at the SOLD OUT Selland Arena last night, making it the rapper’s first performance in Fresno, CA. With over 7,700 screaming fans, this was the first time since 2014 that Selland Arena has hosted a sold out show. The Selland Arena was packed wall to wall with over 3,600 fans on the floor and over 4,000 in the stands.
The “dapper rapper” kept fans on their feet all night during his performance from songs off his #1 album, When Its Dark Out including his #1 hit, “Me, Myself & I,” “Order More” and “You Got Me.” Getting fans excited for the sold out show were opening rappers Nef the Pharoah, Marty Grimes and Daghe.
Originally from Oakland, CA, G-Eazy reminisced with the enthusiastic crowd when he would ride the train through Fresno into Oakland, writing songs in his notebook and dreaming of the day he would perform for an audience. As of last night, G-Eazy made an epic debut in Fresno that left fans wanting more.
The Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center, SMG and the City of Fresno would like to thank AEG Live, G-Eazy, Nef the Pharoah, Marty Grimes and Daghe for making this sold out show a success.
